Domain Host Directory LLC operates the website at https://domainhost.directory. We publish an independent A–Z business directory and related owner services. We are not a domain-name registrar and we do not bill for domain registration or hosting renewal unless you separately authorize that work.

Information we collect
We collect information you submit through contact forms, listing or account forms, payment pages, and email. That can include a name, business name, postal address, phone number, email address, website URL, and the message you send. If you create an account, we store the login details you provide.
We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie or similar identifiers used to operate the site, remember cookie choices, and measure traffic.
How we use information
We use this information to publish and maintain directory listings, answer support and billing questions, process payments, prevent abuse, keep the site secure, and improve the directory. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and preference choices
The cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or customize optional cookies. Necessary cookies needed to run the site and remember your choice may still be used. You can open cookie preferences again from the banner or cookie icon on any page.
Mail and listing opt-out
If you received a letter or email about a directory listing, that outreach is an offer for an optional paid profile. It is not a bill for a domain name or hosting. To opt out of future directory mail from Domain Host Directory LLC, email support@domainhost.directory with the subject line “Mail opt-out” and include the business name and mailing address as they appeared on the piece. You may also write to the postal address above.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep for billing, security, or legal reasons. Send the request to support@domainhost.directory.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Analytics and security tools may process limited technical data to operate the site. Those companies handle that data under their own terms.
Comments and accounts
If comments are enabled, we collect the fields on the comment form plus IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. An anonymized hash of an email address may be sent to Gravatar to check for a profile image. Account holders can review and update the information in their profile, except the username.
Retention
We keep listing, account, and billing records for as long as needed to operate the directory and meet legal and accounting requirements. Support email is kept long enough to resolve the request.
